Full conference registration includes hotel accommodation for 4 nights, from 8-12 May, 2022.

No refunds are provided for nights not used.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Our refund policy on Accommodation is based upon receiving notification by 23:59 GMT+2 as per the following:

Received prior to 30 March 2022 (23:59 GMT+2 ): Full refund, less 10% handling fee

Received from 31 March 2022 until 31 April 2022 (23:59 GMT+2 ): 50% refund

Received from 1 May 2022 (00:00 GMT+2): No refund
